You can apply these designs to your desktop folders using native operating system settings. On Windows 11 Right-click on your target folder and select Properties. Navigate to the Customize tab. Click the Change Icon… button at the bottom. Click Browse… and select your downloaded .ico file. Click Apply, then OK.
